Identity Activation Blueprint™

No. The Experience is coaching and education informed by psychology. It complements therapy beautifully, but it doesn't replace clinical care.
+How much time does it take?
Plan for 3-4 hours a month, but your results will always depend on how much time you dedicate to yourself and the practice you are doing outside of the program itself.
